Includes High-Quality Professional Theme Engine , Theme is Responsive across all platforms- Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile Optimized. Also includes the installation of SSL Certificate for site lock  ($150 Value).

  • Set up Cpanel account on server and install and configure WordPress CMS (Content Management System) .
  • Install and configure professional WordPress theme engine.
  • Install and configure SSL certificate for site security.
  • Install and configure necessary plugins and widgets for WordPress core and theme engine.
  • Web site build out, includes setting up Home/Splash page with Image Slider and other elements that we want to implement on the home page like the various blocks of content , images, verbiage etc.
  • Configure up to 4 Slides for Home Page using Advanced Layer Slider show casing your main target areas.
  • Create custom footer and header with menu navigation for all pages. This includes Social Icon links.
  • Create and configure up to 20 main internal static pages. For example: Home, About, Education Center, Language Program, Story Tellers, Tiwa Babies, Dream Catchers, Stars, Etc.
  • We will also include a standard contact form on contact page using Google Captcha 3. Contact form Inquiries will be emailed to you upon completion of the form by the users.

Mananged Hosting and Maintenance: 1st year Included in this proposal. $479 Value

Hosting on WebWorm’s Liquid Web Server includes:

  • Monthly Back Ups of website in most recent state after changes.
  • Update WordPress CMS ( Content Management System ) as needed.
  • Update Theme, Plugins and Widgets as needed to maintain compatibility with CMS.
  • Maintain current Back Up of website at Data Center and offsite for redundancy.
  • Provide Client Full Backup of Website via Drop Box for their onsite copy.
  • Full Cpanel access for clients, as well as Admin access to the WordPress CMS.
  • Includes yearly SSL certificate renewal to ensure web security.
  • Includes 2 minor update /edits to content monthly, images, text content etc.
  • Does not include email hosting.

Content: Text, Images and Video:

The client will provide any written content in draft form for all of the proposed internal pages of the new website. Content from the existing website will also be used based on the clients recommendations.

There will be approximately 20 proposed static pages created for the new website , for example: Home, About, Education Center, Language Program, Story Tellers, Dream Catchers, Tiwa Babies, Moons, Stars, etc.

The client will also provide any additional dynamic content, if any, for post pages for example:  News, Events, etc.

The client will provide any high quality original images and video clips to be used on the website. There are also approximately 40 YouTube videos that will need to be organized and set up in Galleries to display them properly so visitors can more easily navigate through them.

Logo, Branding:

The client will be providing the website logo in it’s highest quality format to ensure the best results, as well as any additional branding content. For example custom art work and graphics.

Client to provide Domain with this Website Package:

WebWorm will use the following domain provided by the client  taospuebloeducation.com  Once the project has been completed the domain will need to be pointed to the new web server at IP 69.167.165.137

Additional Plugins and Functionality:

Below are the proposed plugin types that will be used for the new website to add additional functionality based on the client’s needs.

Gravity Forms, Form Builder:  For Online application forms.

The cost of the plugins, installation and configuration are all included in this proposal.

There are also approximately 85 hyperlinks links to educational and training material, and PDF documents, that the existing website links to which we will need to create pages and links for.

Styling Elements and Colors:

The client has suggested having each of the main sections of the new website reflect certain styling characteristics and colors.  For example on the pages for Story Tellers, Dream Catchers, Stars and Moons. Each of these sections will have content appropriate for certain ages groups 1- 4 years old. Each of these pages will share the same navigation menu to ensure easy and intuitive navigation.

However each of the pages themselves can have different header images as well as custom background colors. The clients will share their vision of what they want during the build process with WebWorm. We will take that information and create layouts that reflect their vision, while keeping the overall layout of the website consistent with the Taos Pueblo Branding.

During the Project:

All work performed during the website build will be done on our development server. This allows the current website to remain operational, while we build the new website using the client’s domain to create the new permalink structure of the website.

During the build process we will provide screen shots and short video clips of the website’s progress so the client can approve the work being done, before going live.

Manual Rebuild:

The current website build and hosting provider are not using Cpanel. So we will not be able to generate a Cpanel move file that can be migrated to the development server. What this means is that we will have to perform a manual rebuild. Manual rebuilds require that the website be re-built from scratch which takes more time.  However in this situation it’s better in the long run as we can organize the content and the permalink structure to ensure the website has a more consistent layout and is easier to navigate.

*** The existing website is being hosted by https://brownrice.com The domain registrar for this website is Enom. Access to the Enom account will be required once the new website is ready to go live to change the A/Host Record.
